Blazzin Brittanys Gourmet Hot Sauce gift sets each contain three (3) 1.6-ounce (50 ml bottles of hot sauce. Each set may contain hot, medium, and/or mild sauces. Blazzin' Brittanys will select the sauces that are included based on inventory available.  If you have a special request, please add it to the "Special Request" field and we will do our best to honor it.
 
As with all Blazzin' Brittanys sauce, they are made with peppers, fruit and spices, and have a wonderful flavor profile. They are not your typical vinegar-based sauces. The peppers for each sauce are fermented for up to 3 weeks to bring out the peak flavor of the pepper and mellow them just slightly.
 
The sauces are shelf stable at room temperature until opened. Then they are stable in the refrigerator until you finish the bottle!
