A blend of Carolina Reapers, Naga King, Trinidad Scorpion, 7-Pot, Datil and Peter Yellow, this sauce  is hot. The relative mildness of the Datil and Peter Yellow brings the heat level on this sauce down a tiny bit but it is still hot. Like fine wine blends, this sauce has a flavor profile all its own and no single pepper stands out.. 
 
This hot sauce has a wonderful flavor profile and is not your typical vinegar-based sauce. The peppers for each sauce are fermented for up to 3 weeks to bring out the peak flavor of the pepper and mellow them just slightly. The sauces are shelf stable at room temperature until opened. Then they are stable in the refrigerator until you finish the bottle!
