Introducing Blazzin' Brittanys Kitchen

Blazzin' Brittanys Kitchen is dedicated to creating homemade gourmet hot sauces and dried peppers that add wonderful flavor to your food and excite your taste buds. Our passion for quality ingredients and creative recipes ensures that every bite is a delightful experience.  Our gourmet hot sauces are made with peppers grown in South Carolina. All of our hot sauces, with the exception of the blends, are named for the pepper that is used. To help you decide what teases your taste buds, we’ve described them as best as possible in the product descriptions. While you may not be familiar with some of them, you won't be disappointed in the flavor.   The sauces all contain peppers, fruit and spices that make a delicious addition to any dish. They are NOT your typical vinegar based hot sauce.  The peppers for each sauce are fermented for up to 3 weeks to bring out the peak flavor of the pepper and mellow them just slightly.   Blazzin' Brittanys is named after our two Brittany pups and the Blazzin' heat of hot peppers. They are shelf stable at room temperature until opened. Then they are stable in the refrigerator until you finish the bottle!
